TICKET ORDER FORMS YELLOW Every MMC Graduate must fill out this form indicating how many tickets you will be purchasing for the Dinner & Dance/Safe Grad.

6 RULES & REGULATIONS RELEASE OF INDEMNITY

9 CHECK-IN GRADUATE’S LAST NAME. Doors open at 5:00 p.m.
Check-in Stations are alphabetical by the GRADUATE’S LAST NAME. Once you are checked in, proceed to the Baggage Check and then on to 18 + Registration for wristband.

10 SECURITY MINORS MAY NOT CONSUME ALCOHOL Safe Grad Parent Security
Canad Inns Security Winnipeg City Police MINORS MAY NOT CONSUME ALCOHOL Providing alcohol to a minor is a criminal offence Fines range from $2,000 - $5,000 and six months in jail

11 SAFETY All attendees are subject to search by CIPP Security or Police.
All bags and purses are subject to search. No alcohol or illegal drugs may be brought in to the facility. SUNSHINE/HEAT AND ALCOHOL DO NOT MIX Do not leave drinks or valuables unattended

12 WRISTBANDS EVERYONE attending the MMC Grad Dinner, Dance & Safe Grad receives a wristband. ALL 18+ receive a second wristband. 18+ must show valid ID to receive wristband and MUST KEEP ID WITH THEM AT ALL TIMES – DO NOT SEND HOME WITH YOUR PARENTS! Security may ask for ID at any time. DO NOT LOSE YOUR 18+ WRISTBAND! IT WILL NOT BE REPLACED!

BAGGAGE CHECK Bring change of clothes in a duffle bag – turn in to Baggage Check upon arrival Bring a garment bag for your formal wear Re-check bag or send home with your parents All bags must be checked!

14 BAGGAGE CHECK You may ask to get your flat shoes or a sweater out of your duffle bag, at the counter, but… NO BAGS MAY BE TAKEN FROM THE BAGGAGE CHECK UNTIL AFTER DINNER AND SPEECHES. NO BAGS MAY BE BROUGHT INTO WASHROOMS ALL CHANGES MUST TAKE PLACE IN THE SUPERVISED CHANGE ROOMS

15 SHOES, etc. You must wear shoes at all times.
People in bare feet will be asked to leave. BRING FLIP-FLOPS OR FLATS! Bring a shawl or scarf – it can be cold in the dining room.

19 DRINKS Pop is available for $1 per glass before dinner
Bar opens AFTER dinner & speeches Alcoholic beverages cost $5.25 all inclusive Non-alcoholic beverages are free at Safe Grad In TYC there are TWO BARS – one with alcohol and one with non-alcoholic mixed drinks.

20 DANCE & FUN CASINO Begin immediately following speeches: Toast to the Teachers by a Graduate Toast to the Graduates by a Graduate Toast to the Graduates by a Teacher

21 FUN CASINO Casino opens in a separate room, as soon as speeches and dinner are done. Casino closes around 11:30 p.m. Buckeye Bucks at each place setting at dinner. Exchange Buckeye Bucks for Casino Cash (MAX. 9 PER) Win Tickets for Silent Auction. Silent Auction tickets available for purchase as well. BRING CASH! Silent Auction Draw takes place around MIDNIGHT We will find you if you win a prize!

23 SAFE GRAD PARTY FREE PHOTO BOOTH FOOD – Pizza & Poutine!
Transition in to TYC close to midnight. Cash bar, Free non-alcoholic bar FOOD – Pizza & Poutine! DJ FREE PHOTO BOOTH

24 LAST CALL Last call is at 2:30 a.m. – bar closes at 3:00 a.m. Smoking area closes at 3:00 a.m.
