9 CADET CRITERIAS Gold star qualified
16 years of age prior to the start of the expedition Completed succeed regional expedition and/or Leadership and Challenge Course Female Silver Fitness level for 16 year old will be the minimum standard applied to all (Male/females) Priority will be given to cadets who have achieved a higher incentive level no medical limitations have NOT participated in a national or international expedition within the last year be recommended by their corps’ Commanding Officer (CO).

10 CIC SELECTION At least one bilingual CIC
At least one male and one female officer will be employed. MOS (CIC Army); experience in adventure-based activities and/or expeditions.
