1 SentriLock Account Set Up
Please allow 15 minutes to review this process. You must view a short video to receive access to the SentriLock system.

2 Let’s get started! Contact Bridgett Bouvier and make your payment to CarolinaMLS for the card, card reader and set up ($60.00). Payment will be taken over the phone. Once you have signed up and completed orientation, a temporary card will be made for you. SentriLock will send you an invoice via for the use of the app/account. Your fee will be prorated according to the date you pay for your SentriLock set up (see chart below). Pay on time to avoid a significant late fee ($61.11). You have 48 days to pay from the initial issuance.

Important Tips Close lockbox after retrieving the key. Reopen the lockbox and replace keys when leaving. If you leave it open, you may need to go through the opening process to get the lockbox to close. Update lockbox firmware before you leave cell service. Updates may take up to 15 minutes. 4 SentriLock Card vs. SentriSmart App
Your SentriLock card is your backup in case you drop your phone in the Koi Pond. You may not use the card and the app intermittently. If you choose to use the SentriSmart app, your card will renew automatically if you are in a cell service area. If you choose to use the SentriLock card, you will need to renew your card every day: Call SentriLock Support at and select option 2. Download the SentriLock Utility. Connect your card reader and log in to the program with your username and password. Click renew your SentriLock Card. Help, I can’t get off the hamster wheel… If you use the card after 4 p.m., you will not be able to use the app until after midnight the following day.

5 Showing out of cell coverage?
Open your app while in cell phone coverage. Check settings and make sure your app has updated (BLE date in settings). Do not close your app. If your app is updated and crashes out of cell service, send a debug report to SentriLock. You may also turn off “Auto Refresh Property List,” put your phone in Airplane mode and turn on Bluetooth when accessing a lockbox. Settings
