Select the Inquiry Tab To view the CABS billed policy information, or to make a payment, select the inquiry tab.

“Billing Inquiry” to View payments made to policies, make a payment or look at invoices and notices “Agents Past Due” lists CABS billed policies that have not been paid by the due date Choose “Billing Inquiry” to view the billing history, make a payment or look at the invoices and notices. Select “View Agent Payments” to look at policy payments. The “Agent’s Past Due List” allows you to view policies that have not been paid by the due date “Small Commercial Inquiries” will display the Flex Biz billing information – we’ll discuss that a bit later. To view Flex Biz policies

Click on the box that displays the CABS 10 digit account number to see the CABS account information for the renewing term

The billing information will be displayed under “Account History” -it’s a summary of all account billing activity Clicking on “Billing Documents” will display all billing invoices and notices. Choose the “make a payment” link at the top of the page to make a payment using the insured’s banking information or credit/debit card or Agency EFT FO

Example of “Make a Payment” screen Click on “other amount” and enter the payment amount if it is different than the minimum due or remaining balance Here is what the “make a payment” screen looks like. Contact Agency Interface to set up an Agency EFT (also called Agency Sweep) account. (If you are not set up to pay with Agency Sweep, this option will not be displayed.) Contact to sign up to use Agency Trust Account. The “Agent Bank Debit option will only display when an Agency EFT (or “sweep” account) has been set up for the agency

Flex Biz Policy Information Search using policy number or 10 digit CABS account number CFB Or search using policy number. The effective date is required for search using policy number Drop down box to view prior year billing documents SHRITA TEST 509 ENCORE DR. HANFORD, CA 93230 You can search using either the policy number or the 10 digit account number. If you use the policy number to search, make sure you have the policy’s effective date.

Flex Biz Policy Information From the Account History view: Payments made Endorsements Processed Renewals Address changes Date invoice is mailed and amount of invoice Checks sent to insured In addition, the account history will show all billing activity for the account including payments made, renewals, invoices mailed, any endorsements or return premium checks sent to the insured.

This report is not generated on weekends or holidays, however agencies will still receive copies of the notices of intent to cancel Agent Notification of past due policies Agents’ “Billing Accounts Past Due List” will be generated the day after the due date. The past due policies age off the report in 5 days whether or not they are paid Reports are viewable via FOA. THE AGENCY, INC 123 4TH STREET BOISE ID Policies will show up on the “Billing Accounts Past Due List” when they remain unpaid one day past their due date. The past due policies will age off the report in 5 days whether or not they are paid. This report is not generated on weekends or holidays – however agencies will still receive copies of the notices of intent to cancel. FB

Make a payment screen within FOA allows the agent to: Make a payment on insured’s behalf in CABS with: Visa or MasterCard ACH from Insured Bank Account Agency EFT (Agency Sweep) Agents must be enrolled in the sweep program to make agency EFT payments. Contact Agency support to enroll: Agency Support ext Enrollment forms are also available via FOA. When entering a payment from the FOA screens, please don’t click submit more than once. If the screen gets stuck , call Billing Services or Agency Interface for assistance Payments can be made from the “Make a Payment” screen with Visa, MasterCard, Insured ACH from a bank account and also Agency EFT if there is an Agency EFT account set up. When entering a payment from the FOA screens, please don’t click on submit more than once. If the screen gets stuck – call Billing Services or Agency Interface for assistance.

Any payment uploaded at the agent’s office is immediately applied to insured’s account. This includes: Visa or MasterCard ACH from Insured Bank Account Agency EFT (Agency Sweep) The payment can be viewed immediately on the Bill Account History accessed via “For our Agents” Agent sweep installment payments may be made via “For our Agents” and will pull from the agent’s account within 72 hours QBE will reimburse the agent any fees they incur if the agent makes a sweep on behalf of the insured, but the insured’s check bounces Payments made by 6pm Central time online or through the VRU will be visible in the account history on the following day. Payments made after 6pm will require an additional 24 hours prior to being visible in the account history As soon as a payment is made from the agency, it is visible in the account history. If the insured has made the payment on line or through our VRU, it will be visible in the account history on the following day. Payments on cancelled policies must be called into the billing department or made on-line via the QBE website

Automated system (VRU) will be available for all CABS- billed accounts. The VRU offers access with account number to: Billing and payment information Account status Last payment received Balance Due Make a phone payment Due date Overnight mailing address Faxed account history Our Voice Response Unit is conveniently available to agents and insureds 24 hours per day 7 days per week and offers the following options: Billing and payment information Account staus Last Payment Received Balance Due Make a phone payment Check the due date of a payment Obtain the overnight mailing address Request a faxed account history

Things to Notice on the Bill: QBE pay website address included New Billing Services phone number Automated payment line available 24/7 (use 10 digit account number and billing zip code) 10 digit account number New lock-box remit address Milwaukee, WI 24 hour turn-around including Saturdays. This is a copy of the CABS invoice. Here’s where you’ll find that 10-digit billing account number I mentioned was so important earlier. This number is key- it’s what the customer needs to make an automated payment by phone or online.
