Click TO to bring up the search screen. Then you can search for an and either place it in the desired field (To, CC, or BCC). Start typing a name then press “Ctrl-K” this also brings up a search screen. This shortcut is known as a “HOT KEY”

From the main Outlook screen, choose FILE Choose OPTIONS Click MAIL and then SIGNATURES

Type your signature into the text box. You can add color or change fonts just like in word. Recommend using a simple signature like Sincerely, Student Name Thank You, BE SURE TO SAVE!!!!! OR

14 Adding Shortcuts to the Outlook Taskbar
Click on the drop-down arrow. Here you can choose more items to add to your taskbar. Choosing MORE COMMANDS will bring up all options.
