My Account is your online SNA member record that allows you to:
Access important information, such as:
Your contact information which you can update if you move or change jobs
Leadership directories to contact your state leaders or national leaders
Members-only resources on USDA Professional Standards, promoting your program and more!
Download your SNA membership card
Download your SNA certificate in school nutrition

3. How to Access My Account
Go to
Click on Login to my account
Go to:

4. Login to My Account
To login,
Enter your username and password

5. Login to My Account
Then, click Login to My Account

6. Forgotten Username/Password
If you have created an account previously, but have forgotten your username and/or password,
Click “Did you forget your username and password?”

7. Forgotten Username/Password
Enter your member ID or your address
Click on my password
Your username and password will be sent to your on file
You NEED an address on file with SNA to use My Account

8. Creating an Account
If you haven’t created your My Account yet, click on Member Registration

9. Creating an Account Complete the short form And click Create Account
To create an account, you’ll need:
Member ID
Address
Create a username and password

10. Welcome to Your Dashboard
Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your member dashboard
Separate level of menu options in gray task bar

11. Print Your Membership Card
From the dashboard, you can print your SNA membership card
Click on the link

12. Use CTRL+P to Print
To print, click CONTROL and P

Can also access your member record from a couple different links

14. Your Member Record In your member record, you can:
View and update your contact information on file with SNA
View and print your member ID card
View and print your SNA Certificate in School Nutrition or your SNS credential

Let’s first look at updating your contact information

If you click on the link, you’ll see a form
You can update your title, address, phone number or address
Just click on the text box for what you’d like to update, delete current text, and type your current information
Be sure to click “SAVE CHANGES” at the bottom once updated

18. Print Your Certificate
You can view your Certificate Level and expiration date
You can also view your certificate CEU record—SNA doesn’t keep track of all of your CEUS, only your CEUs from attending SNA conferences
You can also print multiple important documents, including:
Your certificate
Your verification letter
Letter for school district director
Personal CEU record form
If you hold a SNS Credential, you can do the same by going to the Member Credential Record

19. Print Your Certificate
Use CTRL+P to Print
When printing your certificate, or other certificate-related documents, you can use the trick of pressing CONTROL + P

20. Your Order History
Other information you can access from the My SNA Member Record screen is:
Your order history with SNA- which includes all of the membership payments, conference registrations, and certificate or credential applications or renewals

21. Your Star Club Is anyone a Star Club member? {ask for hands}
You can access your Star Club information including (if applicable) your most recent Star Club award(s) and when you obtained that award. It is important to note that your state association is responsible for requesting and distributing Star Club awards.

22. Your Awards
Has anyone ever won a SNA award or received a scholarship from the School Nutrition Foundation? {ask for hands}
You can also view a listing of your SNA awards and scholarships you have earned

23. Your Member Trainer Record
Finally, as part of your member record, you can view your member trainer record.
The trainer certificate program has been sunset and is no longer relevant

24. Access Committees Along with your member record, you can view:
Includes national committees you serve on as part of SNA
A listing of contacts for getting in touch with SNA committees and groups (such as state leaders)

25. Access Directories of Leaders
You can also access directories of state and national SNA leaders, such as:
State affiliate Board of Directors information
SNA board of directors
SNA staff
School Districts
State Agency directors
And more
