In order to assess your understanding of subjects studied, teachers will ask you to complete a variety of projects with real-world applications.
Note: We will review plot elements in class on Monday. Look-up the definitions if you don’t remember their meanings.

Purpose: To see what you remember about English and what you need to work on this semester.

Directions: Read & annotate the article. Then respond to the following questions & prompts on a piece of loose-leaf notebook paper. Write neatly!
Write one-three sentences explain the central/main idea of the article.
Explain how storytelling has changed over time. Give specific details from the article to support your answer.
Identify the capitalization error in paragraph 8 (“Then, just as we…”).
Explain what it means for a story to be non-linear.
Find the formatting error in paragraph 13 (“Tron: Legacy was…”) and explain how to fix it.
