Test Make ups If you were absent the day of the test, it is your responsibility to talk with Mr. Bell regarding a make up time. The test should be made up within a week of the test date.

Attendance Attendance is taken when the schedule hour begins. i.e. When the clock turns 7:20 (1st Hr) and you are not in the classroom you are tardy. See student handbook for tardy and absence policy.

Other info Smart phones/IPADs/IPODs—can be used occasionally during class for educational purposes. Mr. Bell will follow school policy regarding violation of this rule. Food and drink permitted. Take care of your own trash. This classroom is a Peanut/Nut free class as several students have allergies. Please keep that in mind when bringing food into the classroom. Bathroom Policy: Last 10 min. unless emergency, pass in back on hanger. 1 student at a time.

Hartland High School Responsibility
Hartland High School has an expectation that students will take responsibility for their own learning.  Communicating with teachers is key to student success.  If an issue or question arises pertaining to a particular class, the student should: * first talk to the teacher in an attempt to resolve it.  If the student feels further discussion is needed, s/he should: * then make an appointment with their counselor.  ** It is important for students to follow this protocol.  If a parent feels that further discussion is needed, the teacher should then be contacted by the parent.
