Deliverables Ensure 100% compliance with Planview & prioritize financial accountability by August 2017 Automate 90% of all billing through Apptio by end of FY18 Define what constitutes costs that are “allocated” vs. “direct billed” by end of CY17

5 Client Intake, Follow-up & Reporting
Deliverables Implement Remedy version 9.x in the cloud, ensure support for Remedy v8 during the transition — as soon as reasonably possible Define roles & implement standard processes for client intake, follow up, & reporting across ISC Identify metrics & implement regular reporting

Develop a uniform ISC service hierarchy & process for maintaining by end of September 2017 Develop SLAs for every service Develop a clear & repeatable process for service lifecycle

Application Design & Tools Team Researched & selected a series of tools to be used in the new ISC cloud technology stack Architecture, Infrastructure & Migration Team Selected VMware’s vCloud Air platform for cloud migration of existing workloads. Lifted & Shifted 181 of 328 instances of existing test & development server workloads to vCloud Integration Team Selected Talend for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tool. Won Talend’s Data Masters 2017 Award for cloud integration work Tom, You may want to mention some of the highlights

9 Cloud First – FY18 Goals Refine the data backup & disaster recovery processes that support both on-premises & cloud deployments, allowing for maximum agility & recoverability Determine & execute the strategy for campus-independent central authentication services Support automated & tested continuous deployments in the cloud-native framework Develop an automated testing methodology for Penn-developed, cloud-native applications Tom, You may want to mention some of the highlights

EVP organization 100% on Two Step by the end of Q2 FY18 Schools & Centers complete by Q4 FY18

11 Password Resets Percentage Compliant, Expired, or Scheduled SCHOOLS
92% Staff, 75% Faculty Decision to include students was up to individual Schools. Nonetheless, 62% of students are currently compliant or scheduled. CENTERS 73% Staff Soon to be over 90% in September

12 2-Step Verification NEW registration & login applications now in production Cohort 1 Finance Business Services, ISC, School reps – Now Cohort 2 All of EVP; open invitation to School & Center volunteers who would like an early start – Later in Sept. All Staff Nov 15 target Cohort 1 successfully started requiring 2 Step! Cohort 2: An open invitation for the remaining School/Centers to participate in Cohort-2.
