This training is for APD background screening requirements and use of the Clearinghouse. In this session we will go into how to use the Screening Results tab. Making use of the Clearinghouse is a high priority and we are here to help you succeed. So, with that in mind, let’s get started. 2 The Screening Results tab provides a listing of all screening requests you have initiated or connected to and the current status. The Screening Results tab provides a listing of all screening requests you have initiated or connected to with the final determination.

3 Please keep in mind that this page will default to an empty screenings list. You MUST select a Screening Purpose to view results. To view the results, choose APD CDC from the drop-down menu and click search.

4 Sort the records by selecting any column header
You can filter the list by using the filter options and selecting ‘Search’ From this page, you will be able to…. View an individual’s profile page by selecting the last name of the individual Add employment history by opening the individual’s profile page Filter the list by using the filter options and selecting ‘Apply’ Sort the records by selecting any column header If you no longer wish to receive notifications for an individual, you can also select the ‘Remove’ link under the Action column. You can use this handy tool for an applicant that you didn’t hire. The screening will be removed for your list but will remain in the Clearinghouse Sort the records by selecting any column header View an individual’s profile page by clicking on the last name of the individual If you no longer wish to receive notifications for an individual, you can also select the ‘Remove’ link under the Action column.
