In order for the airport to grow and prosper the transport network to / from the airport must be:
Efficient
Convenient
Safe
Reliable

The network map shows clearly the imbalance in geographical coverage of the rail services.
Connections to Liverpool and Warrington do not currently provide a frequent enough service.
Services to major conurbations to the south are infrequent and indirect.
Similarly, services to Chester / Wrexham and through North Wales are piecemeal.
The rail services to / from the Airport really need to have extended hours of operation.
