How is recruiting like finding the perfect pair of shoes? Whether you are a sneaker, a heel, a sandal, or flat, CDA membership is for you.

4 Take Turns Inviting Guests
One or more members should be expected to bring a guest to the meeting This effort could be done in alphabetical order This consistence approach will become a routine

Recruit 1 new member within 2 to 3 months

Have a formal reception of new members Before the reception, ask a long- time member, a members of several years, and a newer member to give a testimony Invite family and friends to the reception, some of the ladies in attendance may become interested in becoming a member as well

Assign someone to greet the new members at the door First Impressions are important Take an interest in them Introduce them to other members Welcome packet to include roster, standing rules, other items applicable to your individual court
