Log-in: check for any possible address(es) in Integra database. Always use the same address to log on. Please use a personal address rather than a generic chorus role address; this will keep log-in and monetary transaction records unique and avoid duplicate records.
Most chorus leaders will have an account; most singers will not.

5. Enter your last known password and click ‘Log in’ button
Enter your last known password and click ‘Log in’ button. Click on ‘Reset’ link for first-time log-in or forgotten passwords.

6. The Registration menu will show your personal record and – if you are an Administrator -- your chorus record. To register for an event, click on the green ‘Register’ button for that event.
If no button is available to ‘Register as a delegate’ you may need to complete your contact details.

7. Update or verify personal contact information. Note required fields vs optional fields.
Be careful of optional fields - what you enter here is what will appear on your festival badge. (“Title, “Known as”, “Middle I”, “Suffix”)

8. On the first Registration page, select a performance option (Yes/No) and state any accessibility needs. Click Save to continue.
There is no price difference for performing / non-performing delegate registration.

9. Select registration type: Early, Youth, Senior, or Disability, and any optional donation.

Registration includes opening, closing, all concert blocks, coffee concerts, Block Buster concerts and workshops. All performers must be registered delegates. Individual concert tickets for partners, etc. will be available through the a Denver ticket service. Individual tickets will be ~$25 per concert so partners can estimate how many concerts they wish to attend and decide if it is more cost effective to register as a non-singing delegate or purchase individual tickets. Early registration will run from ~ May 2015 through November Youth is defined as under 21. Disabled covers anyone on Social Security disability. Senior is 65 or over.

11. Select payment method: PayPal for immediate payment with a credit card or Pay Offline for later payment with a check.
Beware: clicking on Skip will CANCEL your registration!

12. Select PayPal option to pay with a credit card.
There is an option to pay with credit card outside of PayPal.
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX accepted.

13. Select Pay Offline option to pay later (check, etc)

14. Selecting Skip as payment option cancels registration.
Click on Cancel button in dialogue box to return to Registration options.

16. Bulk Registration: From Org admin dashboard, click the ‘Organisation members’ button.

17. From the Organisation members page, Chorus Administrators can and should update the list of chorus members. This page will also show which members have registered for Festival.

18. To register new individual chorus members, first ADD them to the chorus membership, then …

19. … From Registration menu, click the +Add member button and …

20. … Fill in the individual’s contact information. The address will be their username and must be unique.

21. To register several existing chorus members at once, click the ‘Register members’ button on the Registration page

22. Use the drop-down menu for each chorus member record to purchase the appropriate registration.
A Total cost for the chorus’ registered members appears at the bottom of page.

23. Chorus Administrators may also purchase registration credits of various types without registering a particular chorus member.
You can see that Sue Bell purchased an Early Registration, and the chorus is purchasing 10 Early Reg Credits, 1 Disabled Reg Credit and 6 Senior Early Reg Credits. During Early and Regular Registration periods, Chorus Administrators can purchase credits for standard and Senior delegates.
Because the registration fee remains static through Early, Regular and Late registration periods, credits for Youth and Disabled delegates will not be necessary.

24. When your transactions are done, click the Invoice and pay button.

25. Use the ‘My Account’ page to LOG OUT of Integra.

26. Registration Credits have certain advantages:
You can purchase several Credits at Early Registration prices without committing them to particular chorus members. This not only provides flexibility and cost savings, but also minimizes cancellations and the need for refunds.
Registration Credits can be transferred easily within a chorus.
We are also planning for a "registration marketplace“ where registrations can be transferred between choruses through private payment. Transfers between choruses will be subject to an administration fee.
A Credit’s value is a Festival Registration, not a dollar amount.

27. Scholarships
One free registration will be given to a chorus per every 20 paid registrations. 
It is up to each chorus to determine how to award the scholarship within the chorus.
Once we observe that your chorus has earned another free registration GALA staff will add a registration credit to your chorus account.

28. Transferring Registration Credits Within a Chorus
Registration Credits purchased by a chorus are transferrable within the chorus at any time during any registration period
Registration Credits can be managed by amy Chorus Administrator. So, if a delegate buys an Early Registration and later is unable to attend, one of the Chorus Administrators can simply transfer that registration to another member of the same chorus. 

29. Transferring Registrations Between Choruses
We are also planning for a "registration marketplace“ where registrations can be transferred between choruses through private payment.
Details of how payment should be made are still being ironed out.
The details of how to process a chorus-to-chorus registration transfer will be provided to festival liaisons once they are finalized.

30. Cancellations
If a registered delegate is unable to attend Festival, the easiest solution would for that registration to be transferred to another singer within the chorus.
Second preference would be for the chorus to sell the registration to another chorus through the marketplace.
If there are no transfer opportunities, registrations may be cancelled with full refunds through May 31, 2016.  After May 31, cancellations still will be permitted, but with only a 50% refund.  All refunds will be charged a $20 processing fee.

31. Badge Names Charlie Dr. Charles Beale
Festival badges will display the contact information each delegate enters into Integra, including any Titles, Initials, and Suffixes. "First name" will appear in large font on the badge, with the full name underneath.  If the “Known as“ field is populated, that is the name that will appear in large print.
