2 Ryder On-Line: Requesting User ID
First time users to will need to register and be granted access. To Request user access: Navigate to .com 1) Select “TOOLBOX” on the top of the menu bar. 2) Then select “RYDERTRAC” This will redirect you to the proper login screen for Ryder Online 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

User access will be granted within 2 days of receiving the request. Filling out all mandatory fields will facilitate the approval request. Filling out the request form: Enter a user ID to be used when accessing the tools – usually first initial, last name. Enter Company Name as Select Carrier For Ryder Enter Carrier SCAC Code Enter the user’s first name Enter the user’s last name Enter the user’s company name Enter the company street address (street address, city, state, country, zip) Select the language (US-English) Enter the user’s Enter the user’s phone number Select the Carrier Portal Application Select the Ryder Ship application Select Dock Scheduler Application. Upon approval, users will receive a confirmation with their user id, password and access instructions to Ryder Online applications. User should review: User id Password 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

6 Ryder On-Line: Accessing Carrier Applications
With access to Ryder Online, user will be asked to answer a security question for identification or password reset, then the user must click on “TRANSPORTATION” in the Navigation Bar. Once logged in, user will see this default screen. Click on the “TRANSPORTATION” Header in the Navigation bar to access the Carrier applications. 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

7 Ryder On-Line: Accessing Carrier Applications
After answering the security questions. Click on the “TRANSPORTATION” header again and a drop down menu will be displayed beneath the headers on the left of the screen. The Carrier applications will be listed under the “CARRIER” heading. To Accept / Reject a aTender: Select Tender Dashboard To Update a Load Status or Event: Select Carrier Portal To Enter/ Update an appt for Dock Scheduler: Select Carrier Dashboard 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

8 Accepting/rejecting a tender

9 Tender Dashboard Once a load has been tendered out you will receive an stating you have a load waiting to be accepted/rejected. You will have 60 minutes to accept or reject a tender. Tender Dashboard is where you will go to accept/reject the loads. The number will indicate how many loads are in pending status (waiting to be accepted or rejected), in accepted status, rejected status, or cancelled status. 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

11 Tender Dashboard – Tender Summary
Here you can view the loads that are waiting to be accepted/rejected. You can click on the load number to view the information associated with the load. Click on the buttons to either accept or reject the load. 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

12 Tender Information – Accepting a Load
After clicking the accept button in the tender summary you will be able to view all the information associated with the load. Once you’ve reviewed it you can click on either Accept & Print (to print the Tender) or Accept (if the tender does not need to be printed). 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

13 Tender Information – Rejecting a Load
After clicking the reject button in the tender summary you will be able to view all the information associated with the load. Once you’ve reviewed it you can click on Reject. 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

14 Tender Dashboard Once all the loads have been accepted/rejected you can go back to the Tender Dashboard to view the loads that have been accepted/rejected. To review the loads you’ve accepted/rejected just click on the number. 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

15 Tender Dashboard – Tender Summary
To print a tender for loads that you have already accepted; click on the accepted number in the tender dashboard and now you can click on the print tender button. 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

17 Carrier Portal From this screen you can view what loads you have in past due status, today’s plan, and future status. To view the specific loads click on the total number for the status you are looking up. Loads in Red indicate past due updates and should be attended to first. Proprietary and Confidential 11/9/2018

18 Definition of Terms: Past Due – Looks at yesterday’s and two weeks back for any loads that still require a pickup or delivery update. Today’s Plan – Looks at the current 24 hours for anything scheduled for pickup or delivery today Future Loads – Looks at tomorrow and two week ahead for any loads scheduled to move in the next two weeks Red Numbers – indicate information that is past due and is owed to Ryder Blue Numbers – indicate information that is not past due

19 Carrier Portal/Load Summary
By clicking on the total number in the dashboard screen (in this case past due loads) you can view the loads that still need to be updated. An update is needed if there is a blue or red button in the actual columns. If a load has already been picked up (or delivered) you will see the actual time in the summary. 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

From this screen you can also adjust the dates of the loads visible, filter by specific criteria, and search for loads that are not requiring an update. To update a load click on the load number. Uncheck the box to view loads not requiring an update. 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

21 Status Update – Additional Status
To add additional status updates, such as the driver is being delayed, click on add. 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

A pop up will appear when you can enter the location, status, reason, date and time, and any memos. Click Submit. 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

Your status update will now appear in the additional status section of the status update screen. 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

24 Appointment Update- Additional Status
If an appointment has been made; to enter the appointment date/time click on Add 11/9/2018 Proprietary and Confidential

25 Appointment Update – Additional Status (cont.)
Select Pickup Appointment or Delivery Appointment from the *Status drop down menu. A reason code must be provided. If the appointment requested is without any incident select “Normal appointment” from the Reason drop down menu. Add the date and time of the appointment as well as any memos.
