Decisions I am Leading - this section lists the decisions you can access as a Facilitator. Facilitators have the ability to launch and lead the group through a live decision meeting Decisions I am Participating In - this section lists the decisions a Voter may access. Invitations by the Facilitator are required for participation in a live decision 1 2 My Decisions List is separated into two main sections:  Decisions I am Leading - this section shows those decisions that you have the Facilitator Role and have the ability to launch and lead the group through a live decision meeting.  Decisions I am Participating In - this section shows those decisions that you have a Voter or Reviewer role and can be invited by a Facilitator to participate in live decisions. The Manage Participants button from the My Decisions List to adds participants to the decision and manages how other people will participate in the decision. Click the button to add participants and assign roles and permissions. Once inside, Manage Participants, the Available Users are listed within the system and those users that have been selected as Decision Participants. Each of the Decision Participants requires a role within the decision. The roles that can be assigned are listed in the table below. NOTE: If you do not see a name in the Available Users list they either do not have a Decision Lens account or they are already a Decision Participant. Only those participants with the Facilitator or Voting Facilitator permissions in the model can add or assign roles to decision participants. By default, the creator of the decision has the facilitator role and all other participants have Voter roles. Vote Priorities - participants use pairwise comparison enter their judgments to determine the relative importance of the criteria within the decision. The AYC Vote Priorities button, launches the voting screen for completing assigned pairwise comparisons. The user is presented with the first comparison in the set (selected top down or bottom up by the Decision Facilitator). The AYC Pairwise Voting screen is shown below. To frame the question we ask: "with respect to the higher level (in this case the Decision Goal), which of the following criteria is more important" and part two of the question is how much more important than the other criterion. Rate Alternatives - participants apply a rating scale or enter data as evaluate alternatives within the decision. Note: To Sort Decision models clicks next to Decision Name and/or Date Created
