Torrie: Hi, I’m Torrie Garcia, one of ThinkHR’s Customer Success Managers and I want to thank you for joining us today in exploring the ThinkHR Workplace, your suite of ThinkHR services as provided to you through your insurance broker. Just a few housekeeping items, we’ll be recording today’s webinar and sending a follow up communication with the recording. ThinkHR Learn Today we’ll be reviewing the ThinkHR Workplace which will cover our Live team of HR advisors, Comply, our online resource center and it’s features, and Learn, our online training platform. To start off, I’ll be mentioning features and highlights of each and then wrapping up with a live demonstration of Workplace, including how you log into your account and access each resource listed here.

We pride ourselves on having a quick turn-over time with follow up to you and your, resolving those issues and questions 96% of time within the same day that we are contacted. We understand that there might be situations that are unique to your company and situation, but given the knowledge and expertise of our Live advisors and the volume of questions that we handle on a day-to-day basis (last year we answered over 80,000 questions) your particular question or situation is not unique to us and we are here to help you.

ThinkHR Comply is always up-to-date, with a content team dedicated to ensuring that it’s a reliable and accurate resource for you to utilize. Comply offers 50 state and federal statues and regulations, other key day-to-day tools like job description builders, and even taking the power of our Live team (our human element and key differentiator) and infusing into tools within Comply like our Webinars Library and Q&A Database with archives the questions we receive and answer on a day-to-day basis. 9

Safety & OSHA related trainings for every industry ranging from Bloodborne Pathogens which is required for some states to Ergonomics, Hazard Communication, Forklift Operators, and Environmental.
