Scheduling tasks This is the process that I went through when it came to scheduling tasks

Scheduling tasks When finished, this box will come up to say it has been successful

Changing the date and time
This is the process that I went through in order to be able to change the time. The time went from 14:05 to 18:07, and the date had been changed from the 9th of march to the 12th of march.

Creating shortcuts In the photo above I am creating a shortcut for Microsoft office publisher, Word and Outlook In order to do so I right clicked and went to the “send to” option then clicked “Desktop” and it overall created a shortcut.

Configuring a printer In the pictures above I set the printer to default.

Mouse buttons When changing the mouse buttons, I clicked on the “control panel” and it let me to click onto “hardware and sound”, after that I was able to select the “mouse” option, then was able to get up the “mouse properties”. On the mouse properties I ticked the “Switch primary and secondary buttons” making the mouse click button change from left to right.

Adding three icons onto the quick access toolbar
In order to add new icons onto the quick access toolbar, there is a little button on the top left corner next to the icons that can be clicked, and it will give a selection of what can be added onto the toolbar. I selected “New”, “Open” and “Quick print”.

Minimizing the ribbon This shows how I was able to minimise the ribbon in word.

AutoSaving To select where you want your files to be saved when you click the save button, You open up “word options” as click “Browse” on the “Default file location” and it will open up a dial box. After selecting where you want to save your files press “OK”.

Auto save When I now click on “Save As” it directs me to the “ICT” folder for my files to be saved in.

Changing the desktop background to a purple flower
To change the desktop background, I right-clicked then selected “Personalize” and once clicked it opened up a box which I could then select the option “Desktop background” to chose which image the background could be changed to”

I then selected which image looked most likely as a purple flower and selected it and saved my changes.
