In 2005, the company Baleno Café started in Egypt city of Zagazig. It was only one take-away store selling bakery and coffee. By 2018, the owner succeeded to expand by reaching 14 take-away stores and 2 restaurants around Egypt. As company was growing in the market, the owner decided to establish an administrative head office called JICO to provide the needed support to the operations team in both Baleno Café and Tota Capanna restaurant.
