Our digital advocacy platform caters to customers joining our programs for the first time, as well as extending the participation of customers who have completed reference activities and are members of User Groups or other customer communities. It’s how we are scaling our advocacy effort across Oracle. Value Your Time: Oracle understands that if our customers take time out of their day, we must make their experience worthwhile. Our goal is to provide a fun and interactive way for customers to showcase their thought leadership, hear from other customers in their cloud journey, and increase the visibility of their organization. Team members can participate in interactive “challenges” such as: questions, surveys, customer stories, educational activities, and more. Customers receive points and virtual badges for completing challenges + they can compete against their peers in an exclusive online experience. Engagement: We know our customers are busy. The average office worker receives hundreds of s and check their devices many times per day. Oracle recognizes the need for a digital platform that won’t be intrusive to your organization. Our Cloud Customer Hub provides a way to engage at their desk and on the go.
