Brawley Middle School
501 East 16th Street, Scotland Neck, N. C
Music building was built in 1942, consist of 5,729 sq.ft. The roof was replaced in The building is heated and cooled with through the wall electric units. Old high school building was built in 1951 and consist of 14,726 sq.ft. The roof was replaced in Window air conditioners were installed in The boiler is a 1969 cast iron boiler that needs to be replaced. We have already had a pre bid on replacing the heating and cooling for this building and the estimates were $175,000.
Gym/Café/Classrooms were built in 1960 and consist of 26,249 sq.ft. The roof was replaced in Window air condition units were installed in the classrooms in The boiler is a 1960 steel 2-pass boiler that is leaking now. Pre bids are out on this boiler replacement at this time. New office building was built in 1990 and consist of 14,688 sq.ft. The building is cooled with a 1991 model chiller and heated with two cast iron boilers, also 1991 models. The roof was replaced in 2007.
Scotland Neck Primary
901 Junior High School Road, Scotland Neck, N. C
Building was completely remodeled in All classrooms have direct access to outside. Has central heating and cooling, city water and sewer, fire alarm system and wired for technology. Hospital and Emergency Medical Service located next to campus.

Dawson Elementary School
6878 Old 125 Road, Scotland Neck, N. C
Building was built in 1957, roof was replace in 1989, and boiler was replaced in Has county water, onsite sewer disposal system and technology wiring. Has four classrooms with direct access to the outside. Needs: Fire alarm system and some floor tile replaced. Building is located in rural area and near emergency services.
Pittman Elementary School
25041 Hwy 561, Enfield, NC
Building was built in 1959, roof was replace in 1995, and boiler was installed in Has county water, onsite sewer disposal system and wired for technology. Needs: Fire alarm system and some floor tile replaced.
McIver Elementary School
1064 Bacon Road, Littleton, NC
Building was built in , 1963, roof was replaced on primary building in 1995 and office and grammar building in Individual heating/cooling units were installed in Part of the school has a fire alarm system. Needs: a complete fire alarm system and some floor tile replaced. The Town of Littleton is the water and sewer provider. This is one of two elementary schools that have a gymnasium.

Office building was built in 1951 and consists of 7,400 sq.ft. The roof was replace in Window air condition units were installed in It is heated with a cast iron boiler that was replaced in The gym was built in 1951 and consists of 10,220 sq.ft. Its roof was replace in It is heated by a boiler installed in 1988 and has no air condition. The floor was replaced in The 600 Building was built in 1959 with 4,794 sq.ft. It is heated and cooled with gas packs, installed in The 700 building was built in 1959 with 13,857 sq.ft. It is heated and cooled with gas packs installed in The 800 building was built in 1955 with 7,812 sq.ft. The roof was replaced in Gas packs installed in Cafeteria was built in 1968 with 6,875 sq.ft. The roof was replaced in It is heated by a boiler installed in It is cooled by a Heat Pump installed in the shop was built in the 70’s with 2,764 sq.ft. It is heated and cooled with a gas pack installed in All buildings were wired for technology in 2003.

Roof renovations in 2009.
