This upgrade ties together all components of Continuing Eligibility, including:
Tracking Majors and PTD assessments
Tracking Enrollment Data on per term basis
Certification on Term by Term basis
Historical records of all previous terms (5-Year History/Clock)
Incorporating transfer data
Integration of NCAA Forms
Physical tracking per athlete
Violation tracking that would affect eligibility
Temporary Practice Certifications (if applicable)
Updated reporting organization
Largest fundamental change = Continuing Eligibility assessed per S-A, per term.

List of majors should come from campus (i.e. Registrar’s Office)
Major code is necessary to integrate with CA
Edit enrollment exceptions (if applicable)

Roster Management
Update the components for your S-A profiles including:
Declare a major
Initial FT enrollment data
Build or review multi-year history
Import or update academic data from campus

Assess Eligibility
Determine practice and/or competition eligibility using the following criteria:
PTD and/or degree app hours earned
Full-time enrollment status
Forms completion
Physical status
Violations per S-A (if applicable)
Mass update eligibility status for all athletes or groups of athletes

Update Roster Statuses
As necessary, update your S-A’s eligibility status (i.e. Cut, quit, exhausted eligibility, etc.)

Rollover applicable athletes on a term-by-term basis
Eligibility status and data resets for each S-A from term-to-term (except Forms and Physical if in same academic year)

PHASE 1
Access enabled for everyone to manage eligibility status for all S-As on a term basis.
Manage all data from Roster > Continuing Eligibility section to keep eligibility status updated in InControl.
PHASE 2
Product Development will reach out separately to any clients using on-campus/batch integration and will assist clients in transitioning data.

How do I get started using this product? What has changed?
Manage updates for practice and competition eligibility in Continuing Eligibility Module (this translates into InControl system).
Roster Eligibility functions in “More” have been removed in InControl.
Roster Status Changes can still be updated in InControl and will translate into CE Module.
Customize your List View using new CE Module fields in InControl.
These fields can now be accessed from All Athletes.

Why can’t I see my Multi-Year History data in CE Module S-A Profile?
No multi-year history was created where the Initial Full-Time Enrollment data is not available.
Users will be prompted to enter this data prior to accessing an Athlete’s Profile in the CE Module.

What are the next steps? How can ACS help me get started?
Once mass update of FT Enrollment status is complete, send an to and we will automatically build out the multi-year history for each S-A so that the CE Module is ready.
ACS is working to assess legacy data for the sole purpose of removing obsolete baseline fields in your ACS system. Any client using obsolete fields that contain data that needs to be transitioned into the CE Module will be contacted prior to ACS taking any action.
New CA Export Reports will be made available in the next 30 days to allow users to continue to easily export eligibility information into CA if needed.
ACS is working to upgrade our Batch Integration Product to allow for Campus Integration to the CE Module. This will allow campuses to push term data into the CE module.
ACS is working on a Roster Data Import Tool to allow Compliance & Eligibility Certification Officers to import CE data as needed.
