2 Important Dates **May End-of-Grade Tests Administered in Math and Reading ** Tentatively scheduled/Admin. send home specific grades and subjects in Thursday folders this week *Could someone check and see what the dates are for this year? I could only find May 18-21, but no dates for the science and ss summative. Check with Mr. Macquire for these dates. This is the testing window for this year. Last year, retest 1 was given to students who scored a level 2 on the EOG in reading and/or math. Parents had to opt in to retest students who scored a level 1 on the reading or math EOG. Previously, it was only administered at the gateway years (grades 3, 5, and 8).

3 What do the scores mean? I (Limited command of knowledge and skills)
II (Partial command of knowledge and skills) III (Sufficient command of knowledge and skills) IV (Solid command of knowledge and skills) V (Superior command of knowledge and skills)* The SBE adopted the new Achievement level in March The 5 academic levels are effective with school year.
