15 FIND A PLAN + MEASURE RESULTS
In addition to classes, we have found that some individuals simply want to be told what to do so with that in mind we created workout plans that tailor ones exercise plan based on their individual goals. So with that in mind, we designed personalized workout plans to help guide individuals on their health and wellness journey. Our Workout Plans are 4-8 weeks in length and give participants daily instruction on what to do. Examples of these workout plans include weight loss, building strength and stress relief. In addition to workout plans, we have created Fit Tests that help participants to benchmark and measure their results over time. These results can be tracked at an individual level and can also be provided back to employers to integrate into their existing incentive programs….or these results can also be aggregated at the employer level to track an organization’s overall health. To that end and in addition to onsite options, our platform includes a remote option to reach employees who work remotely and don’t have access or time to get to a fitness facility.
