5 Who are some of our key customers? La Poste is a company with 300,000 employees in France. They have been using ALCATEL systems telephone systems for many years. Early in 2009 they wanted to launch a 300 seat call centre spread over 5 sites, they decided to try the Fonality solution. They where operational within 6 weeks, and now the call centre is handling thousands of calls per day. They are reviewing their strategy to change over their system from Alcatel to an IP PBX solution from Fonality. A bank needs to have a reliable, robust and secure telephone system that will allow for the latest technology and for future expansion. This Bank in Japan is the latest major Fonality customer. They believe that Fonality can deliver a solution just as good as any other major vendor and at a realistic price, bringing value back to the bank and their customers. The Financial arm of the Toyota Corporation with over 19 branches spread across the USA. They needed to have an IP PBX solution for 1900 extension that will connect all the branches into one seamless PBX.
