1 Chronic sarcoidosis. (A) Axial chest CT in lung windows demonstrates bilateral central upper lobe scarring (white arrows) with mild traction bronchiectasis in the right lung. (B) Soft tissue windows demonstrate calcified bilateral hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes (white arrows). The findings were radiographically stable for several years.
