1 Normal Tc-99m sestamibi myocardial perfusion scan
Normal Tc-99m sestamibi myocardial perfusion scan. Stress and rest images are arranged in alternating rows (the top row consists of stress images, the second row consists of resting images, etc). The images are aligned such that each resting image is directly below its corresponding stress image. The top four rows consist of short axis slices, the next two rows consist of vertical long axis slices, and the bottom two rows are the horizontal long axis orientation. These are the standard orientations for viewing MPI images. Note the homogeneous tracer uptake throughout the myocardium, with no mismatches between the stress and rest images.
