2 OBJECTIVE Increase leads for Cooke Realty Partners using Facebook Advertising. Use the Free Home Valuation report as a call to action.

3 HOW TO DO IT “New Year, New Home” Campaign
The campaign will take place just after the start of the New Year The posts/ads will focus on “fresh starts”, new home values, etc.

4 THE SPECIFICS Target Audience Numbers Age: 35-65+ Gender: All
Behaviors: Likely to move, Homeowners Within the zip codes 37127, , 37129, 37135 Numbers Total Budget: $300 Minimum Daily Budget: $5 Timeline: Jan. 6th – 30th, 2017

5 STRATEGY Ads Landing Page Four ads will run within two adsets.
Three supporting posts will be featured during the campaign There will be an average of one ad per week with a post to support them. The ads that will run will feature the “New Year, New Home” motto and/or include a link to the landing page. Adsets: 2 Landing Page From the two landing page examples that I saw ( com/free-home-valuation and com/free-home-valuation- report) the first was more aesthetically pleasing. The landing page should be similar to that but with a client quote (like the second link) in place of a video.
