8 REPAC Business Items June REPAC Nominations
Vice Chair: REPAC recommends David McCurdy, Emergency Management Coordinator for Tarrant County Administrator’s Office, to be the new Vice Chair on REPAC. County Seats: Per REPAC Bylaws, the county seats are selected by the corresponding county representative on EPPC. REPAC recommends David McCurdy as the new REPAC Vice Chair. Perry Bynum will transition to the Chair. All of the County Seats will be staying the same (those that were terming out Erath, Hunt, Rockwall) Navarro County has requested Melanie Cagle as the County seat and Darrel Cobb as the alternate in replace of Jason Grant

REPAC Nominations EPPC will be provided with a ballot to vote on the Subject Matter Expert (SME) seats REPAC Bylaws state that 9 seats should be urban, and 5 rural (14 seats total) Police had one seat available and we received one nomination Application from Lt. David Blasingame with the City of Irving Public Works had one seat available and we received two applications: Lane Grayson with Ellis County and Barry Fulfer with City of Grand Prairie There were two Education Seats available and we received two applications: Billy Anderson with Dallas ISD and Robby Ball with HEB ISD Medical Public Health had one seat available and we received two applications: Bobbie Jackson with Texas Health Resources and Nick Sloan with Baylor Scott and White Health Lt. Blasingame, Billy Anderson, and Barry Fulfer are all three with Dallas County, along with Tony Hunter representing EM. If Barry Fulfer is selected, Dallas County will have 4 seats and EPPC will need to make an exception Education

Discuss FY 16 Funds $151,405.57 REPAC approved $100,000 to be transferred to Kaufman Co. EOC in a Box REPAC approved $15,000 for the State Preparedness Report and Regional Implementation Plan SPR/RIP REPAC approved $15,000 for Ballistic Blankets REPAC approved $21, for additional staff salaries
