4. Aged / Disability Care
Personal care workers assist in caring for patients in hospitals, nursing (aged care) homes, residential care facilities for the aged or disabled and in people's homes. The job title can vary across aged care, disability services, hospital or acute care, community and residential care. Your workbook describes tasks that might be undertaken

Employment for Aged and Disabled Carers to is expected to grow very strongly. Employment in this very large occupation ( in November 2011) has risen very strongly in the past five years. Two thirds of Aged and Disabled Carers work casual or part time with the other third working fulltime.

Traffic Controllers prepare and carryout worksite traffic management. This could include road works, event management, construction, emergency events. Traffic Controllers must complete a training course to gain a certificate to work in this area. Your workbook gives further details.
