3. The Book of Acts is a Book that truly tell, explain and elaborate the Acts of the Holy Spirit and The Acts of The Apostle. This is the book that described how the CHURCH – THE Bride of Christ Starts.
This is the Model of How Christian should live. The lifestyle, the way they love. Remember Jesus said John 13:34-35 – A new Commandment I give to you, that you love one another, as I have loved you, that you also love one another. 35 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”
This is where it all happens – More than just talk but it actually happened and revitalize the culture.
This year we really want to talk about this as a foundation as we start 2013 together as a church – we want to experience what the early church experience.

TO SHARE CHRIST BOLDLY. 4 My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit's power, 5 so that your faith might not rest on men's wisdom, but on God's power. 1 Corinthians 2:4-5
After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly. Acts 4:31

TO HAVE JOY, PEACE & HOPE IN THE BROKEN WORLD. 13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13

7. HOLY SPIRIT GIVES YOU THE POWER
WHEN YOU ARE WEAK. 26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. Romans 8:26 He who speaks In a tongue edifies himself,… Corinthians 14:4a

8. HOLY SPIRIT GIVES YOU THE POWER
TO LIVE A GODLY LIFE.
Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit. If your sinful nature controls your mind, there is death. But if the Holy Spirit controls your mind, there is life and peace. Romans 8:5-6 NLT

9. HOLY SPIRIT GIVES YOU THE POWER
TO PRAY EFFECTIVELY ACCORDING TO GOD’S WILL In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's will. Rom 8:26-27

10. HOLY SPIRIT GIVES YOU THE POWER

God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will. Hebrews 2:4
A spiritual gift is given to each of us as a means of helping the entire church. 1 Corinthians 12:7 NLT
