1 AP MC Pre-assessment Reflections and goals

2 Step 1- Review answers and score
Because I don’t always trust the Zipgrade technology, please double check and “grade” your own exam. Don’t worry about correct answers, just mark the answers wrong and then make sure you have the correct score written in purple. Draw lines between sections of the exam- this is to denote the different passages Label the passage “eras” and “poetry” or “prose”

3 Look over the scores for Sections
Where are your strengths and weaknesses? Prose? Poetry? Older? Modern? In section 1- Label “Multiple Choice Pre- assessment Analysis” and write down your analysis of your strengths and weaknesses along with your “Scale” score

4 MC Learning Goal Students will be able to use their knowledge of literary methods, techniques, and forms to analyze content of passages to prove understanding of a variety of literature. 4- You scored above 80% 3- You scored in the 60-80% range 2- You scored in the 50-60% range 1- You scored below 50%

5 What are some goals? Next, in that same section 1 reflection, set some goals for yourself. How will you improve in multiple choice? What kinds of learning could you engage in to improve? Do you need vocabulary help? Do you need to review literary techniques? Do you need close reading strategies? More exposure to different eras of literature? More poetry? Set 1 or 2 tangible goals and a plan of action as to how you can work towards those goals.

6 Record your pre-assessment score
In section 2- record your total score on the Multiple Choice Score Tracker- split up the poetry and prose and write your scores on those lines (Poetry/36 and Prose/19)
