BEHAVIOURAL PROFILE DESCRIPTION: This section identifies the natural and spontaneous way in which the person will respond to work demands. It allows a broad vision and understanding of the individual’s natural behavioural style. MANAGEMENT STYLE: It describes the natural way in which the person behaves when managing others. It allows a broad vision and understanding of the individual’s managerial style. HOW TO LEAD THE PERSON EFFECTIVELY: This section describes aspects to consider when coaching individuals. It includes a list of aspects to consider to achieve full effectiveness.

STRENGTHS THAT CAN BE OVERUSED: This section describes the behavioural tendencies that can be overused. These are clearly positive aspects that, if not moderated or dealt with at the appropriate time, can go against the individual. KEYS TO MOTIVATE THE PERSON EFFECTIVELY: This section describes aspects to consider to achieve and maintain a high level of motivation in individuals. The aspects described in this section are based on the person’s behavioural style and are key information for those who assign tasks, responsibilities or work with the person.

AXES INTENSITY: It measures the intensity of each behavioural trend. PROFILE INTENSITY: It measures the fidelity of the assessed individuals with their behavioural style. It helps us know the flexibility level of individuals. ENERGY BALANCE: This is the amount of physical and mental energy available in the assessed individuals. It helps identify their motivation or stress levels. CONSISTENCY INDICATOR: It measures the consistency level and quality of the information provided by the assessed individuals. SELF-CONTROL AXIS: It measures the ability of individuals to control their impulses and emotions.
