2354 CR 2058 Hardin, TX 77561 Sept. 25, 2015 Dear Trisha, Characters: Eric (kid who made fun of Trisha) Mr. Falker Trisha You are a smart and unique young girl. You are very lucky to have had such a wonderful family who supported you with your journey to read. I am so sorry that your grandparents passed away whenever you were in elementary school; my grandma passed away when I was in Kindergarten. It made me proud to know that you continued to try, even when the other students were mean to you. I am glad that you decided to trust Mr. Falker and realize that you were smart after all! Being able to feel successful in school is a wonderful feeling! Just because you have a problem does not mean that you can’t overcome that obstacle to get that honey, the knowledge from the pages of a book. Congratulations on your efforts! Your friend, Mrs. Shipman
