11 Workplace Mentoring Services
Employee with a Disability Career Mentoring Support Six months of scheduled and as need support is provided Bender Career Reality Training™ Program (work ethics, attendance, accountability, attitude), will be provided to the individual who is hired Bender employees also receive the Bender orientation Accommodation support is available A Bender Consulting program specialist will maintain regular contact with the employee with a disability to monitor performance and provide performance feedback to the employee with a disability Bender Consulting will assist with improving skills and competencies as requested by the employee with a disability or suggested by the hiring manager ©Copyright 2017

Hiring Manager Support Six months of scheduled and as need support is provided Disability Employment Training holding new employees accountable how to effectively communicate, manage and develop employees with disabilities general disability terminology Accommodations support is available A Bender Consulting program specialist will maintain regular contact with the customer hiring manager to monitor performance and provide feedback to the employee with a disability and the HR point of contact as appropriate ©Copyright 2017

Bender recruits qualified candidates (IT; finance/accounting; HR; engineering, etc.) Customer interviews and selects candidate Bender hires candidate Pays salary and provides benefits (health, dental, STD, LTD, life, holidays, vacation) Bender provides workplace mentoring services Customer hires Bender employee at the end of contract (based on acceptable performance) Bender welcomes former employee into the Bender Ambassador Program 90 percent transition success rate Less than 4 percent of ambassadors have elected to leave customer ©Copyright 2017
