Thank you for taking the time to read this important user material. Please follow the steps as outlined in this guide for best results. Thank You.
Overview:
Digital Clinic is an online real time cloud based application that is custom designed to best manage patient data before, during, and after a OneSight charitable clinic program. Digital Clinic is powered by The OneSight Cloud – our backend data management system. All information that is sent to, or retrieved from The OneSight Cloud is done by using custom designed online applications. The online applications are very easy to use and intuitive. This guide will help you to use the system correctly.
Security of OneSight systems, and patient information is of the highest priority. Therefore all system access is monitored and controlled. In order to gain access to the system you will need to create a login and password. If you have not created a login and password, please see the Create a User ID user guide.
** IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU KEEP YOUR LOGIN AND PASSWORD PRIVATE AND DO NOT SHARE THIS WITH ANYONE**
Once you create a login and password you will have access to the specific applications for your program.

OneSight Cloud Lab Ops:
Set up the Lab Computer Hardware.
The control desk station is an important stop in the process for all students or clinic attendees. At this station we will print out a letter with all the details of the individuals clinic experience as well as instructions to take home. If the patient was given a prescription by the doctor it will print out as part of the take home letter. This station will also create the tray tickets for the lab.
The hardware needed to set up this station will be one or two sets of a laptop, scanner, mouse, and laser printer. You will use the control desk/registration kits. The kit may have unused hardware – please just keep it in the case.

OneSight Cloud Lab Ops:
The Job Intake station operation:
Access the Charitable Clinic website –
Navigate to the PARENT LETTER page. If you see a black box asking for a password – the password is “Vision”
From the Parent Letters page you will see several icons – please ignore all the colored icons at the bottom. You will only need to access the Black PARENT LETTER Application. The system will access the correct information based upon your login.

Login if Needed:
Use the search box to locate the correct patient letter. You can scan the barcode or use any of the search fields.

OneSight Cloud Lab Ops:
The system will create a letter with the details of the exam and the RX:
If the patient is receiving glasses the system will generate a Tray Ticket. This will need to go with the Frames in the Job Tray up to the Lab for processing.

OneSight Cloud Lab Ops:
To Print Out the letter simply click the Grey Cloud Button next to the OneSight Logo. You can also use the CNTRL + P Hot Key sequence.
If you access the application using Firefox as the browser, the system should “direct print”. This means that you will not see the print dialog box appear. If you are seeing the print dialog box while using the Firefox browser, this feature is not configured.
To add this feature – from the Firefox browser menu – go to the add ins and install the “Seamless Print” Add In. This will allow you to bypass the print dialog box step. Using the Grey Cloud button to print will also automatically take you to a new search form after printing the current letter.
