4 We can internalize what we’ve learned with our minds and hearts.
Often this leads us to take steps toward change.

6 Hunger is a condition in which people do not get enough food to provide the nutrients (carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals and water) for fully productive, active lives.

7 Food insecurity is the lack of access at all times to enough food for an active, healthy life. This includes the availability of nutritionally adequate and safe foods.
