8. Can one Traveler Pay for the Entire Room when Shared with another Employee and/or Student?
NO! The Room Charge is to be Split between Travelers with each Traveler claiming their portion of the room

9. Can you book a car rental with a vendor who is not under the State Contract if it is cheaper?
NO! The rentals under State Contract also include full coverage insurance. The only time another rental will be allowable is if there are no vehicles available at the location.

10. When are ADMN Tcard Receipts Due in the Travel Office?
2 Weeks after the Cut-Off Date

This form is to be used whenever issuing a payment to a vendor who is located out of the US (Checks should not be issued)

14. Shipping/Handling/Delivery
If there is a chance that shipping/handling/delivery charges will be incurred on your order-INCLUDE this in the shipping/handling field in Razorbuy
If shipping/handling or delivery charge is included on the invoice, a POIT transaction must be initiated and approved in order for the invoice to be paid

15. When creating an Invoice Attached Order in Razorbuy, is is sufficient to provide a sales order as the invoice?
NO, you must include an actual invoice supplied by the vendor that includes an invoice number, who it was sold to and the total amount due.

Now requiring those employees where a request has been made to have a Voyager PIN, sign an agreement form prior to receiving their PIN #
Will be contacting those employees who never signed an agreement form in the past to now sign a form agreeing to the guidelines for using the Voyager card
