1 EFFECTIVE ORIENTATION PRACTICES FOR NEW BOARD MEMBERS
It All Began On a Table Napkin – The renaissance of transit in Utah began in the early 80’s with a simple idea. From the first light rail vehicle to expanding for the 2002 Olympics, we have maintained 30 years of sustained momentum and growth. With key partnerships which include local business and government leaders, the financial commitment of the community through successful referendums, a remarkable construction and safety record, and a unified plan for long-term regional growth, UTA and its leaders continue to envision and embrace the future.
