1 Price Sheet Review

2 There are several terms that are used with describing infrared heaters.
Reflector – Is the shield that is positioned above the radiant tube to capture radiant waves and direct them down towards the floor. Heat Exchanger – Is the radiant tube that puts out the radiant energy. Can be heat treated aluminized tube, or hot rolled steel. Burner Head – Which of course is the component that generates the heat.

3 Heater Packaging Burner Core Package (up to 40 ft.)
1 2 3 The heater has 3 parts to it. A burner, a core package, and for lengths of 50 feet and longer an extension package. Burner Core Package (up to 40 ft.) Extension Package (50-80 ft.)

4 3 Ways to Order Heater Package – 1 Part Number for everything
Individual Part Number Bulk

5 Part Number Naming Scheme
BH40N-10A Input Feet of Tubing 1.) BH – GORDONRAY BH product designation 2.) BTU Input – 40,000 – 200,000 BTU’s 3.) Gas Type - N for natural, L for Propane 4). Tube length 5.) Tubing Type – A for Aluminized, H for Hot rolled Steel. *** Keep in mind the 1st 10 ft of EVERY heater is Alumi-Therm® tubing. 6 Heater Package – 1 Part Number for everything
Ordering the Heater Heater Package – 1 Part Number for everything #1 Ordering the Heater package Easiest way to order heaters. Follow part number naming scheme

7 Ordering the Heater All of these part numbers are for straight unitary heaters. We offer accessories that can convert the straight heaters into U or L configurations. These part numbers include the entire heater (burner, core, extension…). They do not include hanging chain (provided by others), or vent stack (also provided by others). We offer T-stats, vent caps, and other accessories but they are sold separate.

8 Ordering the Heater 2. Individual Part Numbers – Ordering Everything separately Choose your burner part number. Choose core package part number. Choose extension package, if necessary. 1 2 3 - Choose your burner part number. You must know the input and the gas type. - Choose the Core Package part number. Check length requirements. - The core Package contains tube reflectors and everything you need to hang the heaters except chain up to 40 ft. - If you need ft of tubing, you must order a core package and an extension package. Choose extension package part number.

9 Ordering the Heater These are the part numbers for individual GordonRay BH burner heads. The contents of the burner heads vary by BTU and model.

10 Ordering the Heater These are the part numbers and list prices for the core and extension packages. (define part numbers) The column underneath “Tubing length” shows the minimum heat exchanger length for each BTU heater. With the exception of the Vantage HE, If your customer wants to have SS reflectors, you must order the parts separate. The “SS” on the end of the core or extension package part number indicates that the package includes SS reflectors instead of aluminum.

11 Ordering the Heater 3. Bulk Part Numbers – Ordering parts in bulk and making your own packages Order a burner Order bulk core packages – follow chart in price sheets Order bulk extension packages – follow chart in price sheets - Ideal for stocking reps. - They can order core and extension packages in bulk and make their own packages as needed. - They receive a discount for ordering bulk. Burners are not ordered in bulk. They still come in their own box.

12 Ordering the Heater On pg. 15 of the infrared price sheets will show how many of each component comes in the core and extension packages. This chart is a great reference when ordering heaters in bulk.

Elbows, tees, cross tees are also available. - Controls – We offer a number of different line and low voltage stats, relays, and stat guards. Along with control panels that can tie into BMS systems such as UltraVac. U-Tube Package Lower Clearance Shield 15
