Components Connection Jig Graph Paper (#4101) Mounting Blocks (#5902) Nails Tape Measure Pen Hammer Customer Coordinates

Using the Connection Jig (#4095), mount two 5902 Mounting Blocks on each corner of the aluminum panel – The lip on the back of the jig will catch the aluminum panel edges and align the jig in the corner – Fit the 5902 mounting block in the corner of the jig Most mounting blocks will fit in the corner of the jig* Step 1 – Mounting the 5902 Blocks Jig Lip *see next page

Aluminum Panels - odd Mounting For the below sizes of aluminum panels, only one 5902 mounting block will be used and the mounting block will need to align with the appropriate block marks pre-printed on the jig. – Align the jig along the left corner of the panel (not the right side) 6x6* 10x10 11.75x11.75 11x14 Vertical *see next page Pre-printed Block Marks

6”x6” - Special Instructions For the 6”x6” panel, it will only catch the top lip of the jig. On the left side, line up the inside edge of the jig with the outside edge of the aluminum panel Line up jig with panel, not bottom lip of jig Front View Back View Line up panel at edge of jig, not far side At top, line up panel at very top of jig

After adding the mounting blocks to the aluminum panels, please provide the following to your customers – Graph Paper 4101 pre-printed graph paper with grid lines that can be used for almost all configurations – Customer Coordinates* One-page document for your customers with the coordinates for their selected configuration Graph paper includes coordinates and customer hanging instructions Packing up *see next page

Sample Coordinates Page

Hanging Tools – Graph paper – Coordinates for your selected configuration – Pen (to mark your nail coordinates) – Tape Measure & level (to accurately hang the graph paper) Hanging Instructions – Using the coordinates from the Coordinates one-pager, mark the following on your graph paper: Coordinates for your nails Middle of configuration line (use this to center the Connection) If necessary, cut off the graph paper to the right of where the configuration ends (reference the configuration end line above) – Using a tape measure, measure down from the ceiling and tape the graph paper to the wall so it is level – Using the configuration coordinates, hammer in the nails at the connection points – Hammer in the nails at a slight downward angle and leave about ½” of the nail out from the wall – Remove the graph paper from the wall – Hang the ChromaLuxe panels in their appropriate position Customer Hanging Instructions (located on customer coordinate page)

Products to Order: – Aluminum Photo Panels (separately) for each connection configuration – 5902 Mounting Blocks – 4095 Connection Jig – 4101 Graph Paper Introduce ChromaLuxe Connections on your Website How to get started
