Dear Parents,
I am Miss Hasto, your child’s 6th grade science teacher. I am happy to welcome you to the school year! I am looking forward to a productive partnership with you to ensure that your child achieves their highest potential in science. For more information about me visit my website on the schools webpage. Lab packet, pencil, ruler, calculator and any academic practice or homework
Follow adult instruction:
Be on time to class, be polite to the staff and to others, listen to directions, raise your hand if you would like to talk
Think safety first:
Sit properly on the science stools, keep hands and feet to yourself and follow ALL Flinn Safety Rules at ALL TIMES details below

Consequences or Resolutions
1st offense = the “talk”. The student and I will discuss the problem behavior and how best to correct it.
2nd offense = parent/guardian contact home and/or other interventions as needed
3rd offense = an office detention referral where you will talk to an administrator about the problem/consequences.
