2. Bridge Heating Controller
Located on the right end side of the bridge.
Stand alone controller that controls 9 heating elements.
All 9 heating elements are divided into 6 heating areas, which are controlled separately.
Supplied with 35VAC for heating elements operation.
Supplied with 12VDC for the controller operation.
Communicates with the computer via RS422 port on the controller.
6 sensors read the temperature from the 6 heating areas which are spread on the bridge.

Located on the right end side of the bridge.
The heating sensors generates 10mV for every 1ºC of temperature.
There are 3 thermo switches for bridge overheat protection.
If the bridge temperature exceeds 45ºC, the power to the heating elements is cut off.
