Engineer Training Electrical Cabinet (EC) TJ8300 / TJ8500 Confidential 9 Power Distribution (Cont.) PH1 – Phase relay. Green and orange light indicate the right phase order. If the phase order is wrong, the pumps will not work. Up to machine 74

Engineer Training Electrical Cabinet (EC) TJ8300 / TJ8500 Confidential 10 Power Distribution (Cont.) S6-Breaker of Supply unit, computer and peripherals. S7-Transformer Breaker. S8-Breaker of Auxiliary 1 (J15). S9-Breaker of Auxiliary 2 (J14). S11-Output power to J11 S12-output power to J12

Engineer Training Electrical Cabinet (EC) TJ8300 / TJ8500 Confidential 11 Electrical Cabinet Panel The panel includes:  Drum heat controller board  Receives the requested temperature from the computer and heats the drum with a combination of IR and hot air fans.  Receives feedback of the real drum temperature measured by the IR sensors.  Controls for two under speed protection (Tahco generator and under speed sensor).

Engineer Training Electrical Cabinet (EC) TJ8300 / TJ8500 Confidential 12 Electrical Cabinet Panel (Cont.)  Controls for two separate overheat protections  Temperature readings from two IR sensors under the drum are compared to the preset value in two separate voltage relays.  If the potentiometer on the voltage relay is set to 1, the overheat message appears when the relevant IR sensor reads more then 100ºC.  Dryer enable  HA fans and IR controls, control operations of all pumps.

Engineer Training Electrical Cabinet (EC) TJ8300 / TJ8500 Confidential 13 Door Panel (Cont.)

Engineer Training Electrical Cabinet (EC) TJ8300 / TJ8500 Confidential 14 Door Panel  Voltage relay I – sets the potentiometer to 1 (max) displays the overheat 1 message at 100ºC.  Voltage relay II – sets the potentiometer to 1 (max) displays the overheat 1 message at 100ºC.  Normally, both units are set to 0.8, which means that the overheat is set to 80ºC.
