Our Target market is really any company with a Call center or helpdesk. And our go to market strategy is we have segmented the market into really large and small to medium size. For the little guys, that have between 1 and 50 agents. we’re kind of letting them come to us we’re doing web marketing and reach out and campaigns to get on their radar. And for big companies we do direct sales to them… we also have a relationship with a company called Predictable Revenue, it’s a consulting company that are qualifying leads for us. We actually today talked last week to a company that have their HQ here in Chicago with 2000 users and worldwide users.

Integrations: We also integrate with all kinds of other software providers. Most important one is with Zendesk partnership is that zendesk users will be able to install and launch AloTech automaticaly starting from next month. If you want your customer information to pop up on the screen when you get a call we intergrte with salesforce.. You wanna go listen to the calls afterwards and run some metrics on them, you integrate with Sestek. We also integrate some other call management vendors like Cisco, Avaya , where customers use our solution in their front end to route the calls into their systems.)
