“Overview” National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (NCESGR) formed in 1972 Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense Promotes understanding of RC with employers Now over 4,500 volunteer committee members in 55 States, territories, the District of Columbia, and Europe Over 60 volunteers on the Kansas ESGR Committee

“Vision & Mission” Vision Develop and promote a culture in which all American employers support and value the Military service of their employees. Mission We gain and maintain employer support for the Guard and Reserve service by recognizing outstanding support, increase awareness of the Law, and resolving conflicts through mediation

Proactive employer and Military member outreach through Statements of Support, Employer Awards, Briefing with Boss, Boss Lifts, Military Liaison Reacting to Ombudsman services
