11 e-Agriculture aspects for sustainable family farming
Automated Information System “Animal State Register” – allows the farmer to manage online the livestock within its exploitation (farm, slaughterhouse); Automated Information System “Agricultural Digital Register” – allows the farmer to request online permissive documents (operating permits, import/export certificates for seeds, attestation of the breeding farms) . AIPA online (similar to IACS) – allows the farmer to track in a real-time, online traceability of their dossiers submitted for subsidizing. Farmers can also benefit from other governmental e-services meant to streamline their activity and to ensure the interests of society and beneficiaries of services.

12 Programs for sustainable family farming
There are programs and financing projects which are not under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry management, but which are coming to support family farming in Moldova, like: Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises Sector Development; World Bank; Food and Agriculture Organization; International Fund for Agricultural Development; etc. In the future it is anticipated that all of these programs and projects will be consolidated on a common platform, which will be connected to AIPA online, in order to reduce the incidence of fraud on the part of producers and to avoid multiple subsidy in agriculture.

13 Issues and challenges in the implementation of the e-Agriculture Strategy
insufficiency of financial resources necessary for carrying out the reforms in the agribusiness sector; insufficiency of qualified resources; resistance of some actors of the agribusiness sector toward significant reforms in the field; lack of legal and regulatory framework in some areas lead to failure terms of achieving the Strategy actions; low confidence of the population in the reform of the agricultural sector; delays and inaction for this and other reasons.
