EXIM single portal for import/export licences (www.exim.gov.mk) E-Gov project- USAID and the Customs administration Legal base: Law on data in electronic form and electronic signature; Law on general and administrative procedure; Regulation on establishment and usage of the information single-window system for import, export and transit of goods Users: Customs Administration, 15 government institutions, companies Development: First phase of the project- finished (licenses and tariff quotas) Second phase will finished in 2 months (customs declaration processing) Third phase follows starting in September (additional functionalities depending on the future needs)
