Doodle 4 Google Doodles are the fun, surprising, and sometimes spontaneous changes that are made to the Google logo to celebrate holidays, anniversaries, and the lives of famous artists, pioneers, and scientists. In 1998, the concept of the doodle was born when Google founders Larry and Sergey played with the corporate logo .They placed a stick figure drawing behind the 2nd "o" in the word, Google, and the revised logo was intended as a comical message to Google users that the founders were "out of office." While the first doodle was relatively simple, the idea of decorating the company logo to celebrate notable events was born. Question: What is CAD/CAM? What examples are there of CAD/CAM being used? Why do we use it?

Task 1: Using the internet find your favourite google doodles and create a moodboard on a slide. Task 2: Find a google doodle on the Doodle goodle Website (it must be an animation – moving image)

Task 3: Save the image in your document folder as gif. Then Insert the picture onto a new slide and when you press slide show the animation will play

Task 4: Analyse that doodle using this criteria: Theme - Anniversary What is moving and where is it moving to? Colours Background plain, white, themed Style: hand drawn, sketch computer generated

8 The legs of the cyclists are moving making it look like they are cycling.
The style is very sketchy with the cyclists looking like they were hand drawn although it was computer generated based on a sketch. The background is the themed showing a map of France, using French style lettering This doodle for google is about Tour de France, the theme is cycling. The colours used are mainly purple, yellow for the jersey and black and white font.
