Drawings and specifications created by an architect that set forth in detail requirements for the construction of the project.
Written, graphic and pictorial documents prepared or assembled for describing the design (including the Framing Structural System), location and physical characteristics of the elements of a Building necessary to obtain a Building Permit and construct a Building.

An architectural set typically consists of a cover sheet, floor plan, reflected ceiling plan, interior elevations and millwork details. A demolition plan is included when required, as are exterior elevations. Separate pages for sections, such for walls, interior or exterior, and details are added as required to convey the overall design. Depending on the size of the project, separate pages are often added to cover specification information.

Is usually in a binder manual form. This will specify procedures material fixtures and other items not depicted in drawing but necessary for finished construction of the project.
