District Title III Director (DTD) District Level User (DLU) District Information Technology Coordinator (DITC) Test Administrator (TA)

8 Roles and Responsibilities
Title III Director (DTD) Main point of contact between state, Questar, and the district Ensures all student data is correct and in the system Materials and notification point of contact for state, and responsible for sending materials back to Questar Recipient of shipping materials Add Test Administrator or District Level Users Visibility to their own district and school level information View, add, change accounts within the district One DTD per district

9 Roles and Responsibilities
District Level User (DLU) The District Title III Director or state level user can configure the district level user as they see fit Ensures all student data is correct and in the system Give rights to Test Administrator do the entry for new students, or enter the information themselves

10 Roles and Responsibilities
District Information Technology Coordinator (DITC) Information technology point of contact for all schools in the district Ensure device, headset and network readiness Download secure browser  Access Home and Help tabs More than one DITC may be assigned to a district

11 Roles and Responsibilities
Test Administrator (TA) Information technology point of contact for the school Documents the test administrator and proctor in each room.  Assign additional Test Administrators Assign Hall monitors Assign Proctors Schedule tests Collaborates with District Title III Director on schedules and managing students Responsible for leading the administration Reads the directions from the test administrator manual and leading students Confirm the students are present Visibility to their class level information

Universal Features (available to all students) Designated Features (identified in advance) Accommodations (available with an IEP or 504 plan) Embedded: unlimited rerecordings, unlimited replays Non-embedded: assistive technology, braille, large print test booklet, scribe, Embedded: amplification, answer choice eliminator, audio support, digital notepad, expandable passages, flag for review, highlighter, keyboard navigation, writing tools, zoom (item-level) Non-embedded: scratch paper Embedded: answer masking, color contrast, general masking, line reader, zoom (test-level) Non-embedded: color overlay, magnification device, native language translation of directions, noise buffer, paper-and-pencil test, read aloud, student reads test aloud

14 WVS-326 Form District Testing Coordinator – Receive WVS-326 Form (2 weeks prior to the testing window) District Title III Director – Distribute to ELPA21 Test Administrators Test Administrators – Complete WVS-326 forms District Title III Director – Collect all WVS-326 forms and return them to District Testing Coordinator District Testing Coordinator – Return all WVS-326 forms to WVDE office of assessment

15 Security Training Ensure receive testing security & materials training prior to delivery of assessment Train ELPA21 testing administrators prior to delivery of the test Title III director will secure appropriate documentation as relevant to ELPA21 Testing Irregularities
